Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier conditions.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Processing (1–3 days) + Shipping (8–15 days) = approximately 9–18 business days from order placement to delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows above, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, high order volumes, or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unlimited Shopmart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at unlimitedshopmart@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local courier office first, then reach out to us at unlimitedshopmart@gmail.com within 2 days so we can investigate.
